Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to support our clients and drivers across the Greater Toronto Area. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication throughout our delivery process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Provide shipment updates and resolve delivery issues professionally
- Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers to ensure smooth logistics flow
- Document all customer interactions in CRM or internal tracking system
- Follow up on pending issues and confirm resolutions with clients
- Assist with scheduling deliveries or pickups when needed
- Maintain a courteous and professional tone in all communications
- Identify recurring service issues and report to operations for improvement
Requirements:
- 1+ year of customer service experience (logistics or transportation preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong time-management and communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Must pass a background check
