1. Service Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Scope of Services

Hillsbridge Express Inc. provides courier and delivery services primarily within Brampton, the Greater Toronto Area, and surrounding regions. We partner with third-party carriers such as UPS, Canada Post, DHL, and Purolator to fulfill certain deliveries.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver your packages in a timely and secure manner, Hillsbridge Express Inc. is not liable for:

• Delays in pickup or delivery due to weather, traffic, accidents, labor disruptions, or other conditions beyond our control
• Damage to goods in transit, unless caused by our proven gross negligence
• Loss, theft, or misdelivery of items when in possession of third-party carriers
• Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from late, lost, or damaged shipments

Liability for any proven damages shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the declared value of the shipment, or (b) $100 CAD per shipment, unless additional insurance is arranged prior to service.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and lawful shipment information
• Ensure items are properly packaged and labeled
• Pay all applicable fees in a timely manner
• Not use our Services to ship prohibited, hazardous, or illegal items

5. Third-Party Carriers

When we fulfill deliveries through third-party carriers, such as UPS, Canada Post, DHL, or Purolator, their respective terms and policies also apply. Hillsbridge Express Inc. is not responsible for damages, delays, or issues arising once the shipment is in the custody of these carriers.

6. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to any user or shipment that, in our sole discretion, is unlawful, dangerous, improperly packaged, or in violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and service materials are the intellectual property of Hillsbridge Express Inc. and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brampton, Ontario.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
